• •The hotel operates a shuttle bus to Dubai Mall three times a week, on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday. The bus departs from the hotel at 08:45 AM and from Dubai Mall at 06:30 PM. The price is AED 100.00 per person for both adults and children. The hotel also operates a shuttle bus to Fujairah City Centre three times a week, on Saturday, Monday, and Thursday. The bus departs from the hotel at 03:30 PM and from Fujairah City Centre at 08:00 PM. The price is AED 75.00 per person for both adults and children. Baggage and baby strollers are not allowed on the shuttle bus.
• •An extra bed for children under 12 years old is free of charge, subject to availability at the time of arrival.

• •As per the UAE Tourism law an Official ID is required to check-in into hotel room. The ID's acceptable are Passport, UAE labour card issued by Ministry of Labour and UAE national ID. The hotel holds the right to refuse check- in if a valid id as specified is not presented upon check-in and the first night room charge will be applicable.
• •Up to two pets are allowed per room to accompany a guest in the hotel room. An incidental hold of AED 500.00 will be authorized on your credit card at check-in. A non-refundable cleaning fee of AED 200.00 is included in this hold and will be applied at check-out to cover basic cleaning. Any additional cleaning costs for excessive mess, such as pet waste, dirt, or other damage in the room or common areas, will be billed separately.
• •A valid Pet Vaccination Record must be presented during check-in to confirm that your pet is up to date on vaccinations.
• •Guests must enter into an agreement with the hotel to accommodate animals.
