Marina Bay Sands Hotel

Important information:

• •Deposit: 200 SGD per room per night
• •Front desk is open 24/7.
• •There is renovation work going on around the hotel, there is some noise from 08:30 AM to 09:00 PM. In order to improve the quality of service to guests, the hotel makes every effort to minimize possible delays in service and noise disturbances, but hopes for your understanding and apologizes in advance for any inconvenience caused.
• •The check-in will be at Tower 1 and it is operating 24 hours.
• •There is a incidental deposit:
• •SGD 200.00 for 1 night per room,
• •SGD 400.00 for 2 nights and more per room in total.
• •As of January 15, 2015, Diners Club credit cards will not be accepted at the hotel.
• •Smoking rooms are available for deluxe room types.
• •The pool can only be used by hotel guests with a key card.
• •Maximum occupancy: 2 adults, 2 children or 3 adults. An extra bed is available for an additional fee.
• •The Family Room is located on the lower floor of the hotel.
• •As a subsidiary of a US company, the property cannot allow persons other than those of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimean region of Ukraine to access the Marina Bay Sands Casino or conduct foreign currency transactions. At the same time, all guests can use non-gaming amenities such as restaurants and other property amenities.
• •Guests over the age of 17 can use the fitness center alone.
• •Children aged 12-16 may only use the fitness center when accompanied by an adult.
• •Guests under the age of 12 are not allowed in the fitness center.
• •Bedding type is a subject to availability.
• •Children who are 12 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Fees apply should a rollaway bed be required.
• •If the guests arrive late, they will be able to check in at the Tower 1 lobby where the reception is open around the clock.
• •Special living conditions: A deposit of SGD 200.00 per room per night. If the guests will stay for 2 or more days it will be SGD 400.00 for whole stay.
