• •Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).
• •Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information.
• •Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival.
• •Front desk is open 24/7.
• •For Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, guests may be charged separately at the hotel.
• •Rates include roundtrip transfers from Krabi International Airport to the resort. Guests are required to provide arrival and departure times at the time of booking. The property strongly recommends that guests arrange their arrival time at Krabi International Airport in the morning or early afternoon. Exclusive transfer to the resort by car and then by speedboat takes approximately 2 hours. Transfer services are available on arrival and departure days only.
• •Speedboat availability and timeliness are subject to weather and sea conditions. In case of adverse weather conditions, guests will be transferred by public ferry and additional ground transportation. In this case, the journey time may be extended by 30 minutes.
• •For safety reasons, speedboat transfers are not available between 06:00 PM and 06:00 AM. After 06:00 PM, guests may use public ferries. Public ferries usually operate until 10:00 PM. In case of late arrival, please contact the resort directly.
• •When departing from the resort, guests will follow a similar route. Travel time is calculated with some extra time to ensure guests arrive at the airport on time.
• •In addition, a paid minibus and speedboat transfer from the resort to and from Krabi Town on the mainland is available for guests. Please contact the resort directly for transfer costs.
