• •Transfer should be paid separately. The cost can range from USD 200.00 to 600.00.
• •Front desk is open 24/7.
• •A limited number of beach villas will be expanded by adding a private pool, which will be located behind each villa. The work will be carried out in stages until January 20, 2027.
• •Currently, 20 villas have been removed from the register, but not all of them are under reconstruction. Some of these villas will act as a buffer, providing sufficient distance between the guests and the renovation area to minimize possible interference.
• •There is no intensive construction here, the work is not visible to the guests, and it will be carried out during the daytime. Guests will be provided with rooms at a sufficient distance from the work area.
• •Along with the beautification project for the beach villa, work is being completed on the new Lebanese restaurant Laylouna. The restaurant is located on the arrival pier, away from the guest accommodation and the main facilities of the resort. The remaining work is limited to finishing touches, which should lead to the restaurant's opening on November 1, 2026.
• •During this time, all other facilities and services of the resort will be fully operational.
• •Child policy:
• •Please note that at hotel, children are classified as ages 2 to 14.99 years, infants as ages 0 to 1 year, and adults as 15 years and above. These classifications apply to accommodation and dining. However, for transfer charges, the age categories vary as per the third-party vendor’s policies.
• •If guests are traveling with one child and have not purchased an extra bed add-on, the existing sofa will be converted into a sofa bed. If guests are traveling with two children, one child can sleep with the parents in the existing bed, and the other will sleep on the sofa bed. Extra beds are available in all rooms upon request. Please note that this is an add-on service, and a minimal charge of USD 25.00 will apply per night. A maximum of one extra bed can be added to any room. (The adult if booked more than 2 numbers will get the extra bed by default.).
• •**Baby cot is offered on request and with no charge. (maximum of 1 baby cot can be placed)
• •For any payment method where the resort is required to collect payment as per policy, a payment link will be provided, detailing the applicable charges.

• •Transfer arrangement:
• •The only means of the transfer to reach to Furaveri Maldives is via Seaplane. Arrival transfers are not available for international flights arriving after 03:30 PM, and departure transfers cannot be arranged for international flights departing before 09:00 AM. Seaplane transfers are combined with other guests, with up to 2 possible stopovers.
