• •Due to adverse weather conditions, power outages are occurring in the region. This situation is beyond the hotel's control, as the power grid (E-REDES) cannot guarantee a normal power supply. The hotel regrets any inconvenience caused and appreciates your understanding. Every effort is being made in cooperation with the responsible authorities to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
• •Cleaning and change of towels takes place each 2 days, and sheets are changed once a week.
• •Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.
