• •Renovation works at the Main Pool area have been extended and will now take place until 7th August 2026. During this period, both the Adults Pool and the Kids Pool will remain fully operational and accessible to all guests. All other facilities of the hotel will continue to operate as usual.
• •Attendance at the Gala Dinner is mandatory for all in-house guests on New Year’s Eve, and prepayment is required to confirm participation.
• •A special gala dinner, Under the Stars, will take place on December 31, 2025. Prices for self-catering accommodation, including breakfast and half-board: AED 3199.00 per adult, AED 1600.00 per child 3 — 12 years old. Children under 2.99 years old stay free.
• •Due to ongoing municipal improvement works on the JBR shoreline, direct access to the swimming beach will be closed until the second half of October. During this period, free transportation and access to the JBR beach are provided, including towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas.
• •The Complimentary Access to the World’s Largest Waterpark benefit has been extended until December 31, 2027.

• •Vouchers will be issued individually by the hotel's Guest Relations team upon check-in.
• •Vouchers are non-transferable and are valid only for the specified date, room number, and guest name.
• •Multiple uses of the same voucher are not permitted.
• •Towels and lockers can be rented directly at the waterpark for an additional fee.
• •Hotel towels are not permitted in the waterpark.
• •The hotel does not provide transportation to the waterpark.
