• •The seaplane transfer:
• •Upon arrival at Velana International Airport (MLE), dedicated airport representatives will welcome guests and assist with the check-in process for the seaplane transfer. Guests will then be escorted to the seaplane terminal, where they can relax in the shared VIP lounge with complimentary refreshments, Wi-Fi, and shower facilities.
• •The typical waiting time for seaplane transfers is approximately 2 hours from check-in and may vary depending on international flight schedules and weather conditions.
• •- Flight duration is between 30 and 45 minutes.
• •- Operating hours: Arrivals are accommodated from 06:00 am to 03:30 pm, in alignment with international flight arrival times. Departures are available from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, according to international flight departure schedules.
• •- Some flights may make short stops at nearby resorts en route to Radisson Blu Resort Maldives.
• •Seaplane baggage allowance:
• •- 20 kg checked luggage + 5 kg hand luggage per person (age 2 and above)
• •- No baggage allowance for infants
• •- Excess baggage: USD 5.00++ per kg, payable at check-in
• •-Maximum baggage dimensions: 158 cm linear, 32 kg per item
• •Guests are required to provide their international flight details at least 5 days prior to arrival to ensure timely arrangements. Seaplane schedules are managed by a third-party operator and are finalized one day before travel, subject to weather conditions and international flight timings.
