• •The golf course will be temporarily closed from 13 April to 14 September 2026 to allow essential works to be completed. Planned works include landscaping and restoration of areas affected by recent fires, upgrades to the irrigation system and pump station to improve water efficiency, and selective course improvements, including the reconstruction of greens, collars and surrounds, bunker upgrades, and refurbishment of cart paths. Practice facilities will also be updated, with improvements to the practice tee and training technology, as well as the introduction of quieter and more sustainable maintenance operations supported by modern equipment.
• •The reception will continue to operate as usual and will be temporarily relocated to a nearby building next to the Clubhouse.
• •City tax is EUR 0.50 per night per child from 11 to 13 years old, up to a maximum of 7 nights, will be charged directly by.
• •Deposit: It will be requested to guest, at the check in, a security hold in order to cover the extras and possible damages. Should there be any damage beyond the normal use of the property the guest will be liable for the cost or replacements.
• •Rates include: daily cleaning service, Molton Brown toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and hair dryer. Each unit is fully equipped with air conditioning, complimentary WI-FI, flat screen TV and sound system in each living room.
• •Only Linked Villas & Clubhouse Residences have flat screen TVs and safe deposit boxes in all bedrooms.
