• •To prevent the spread of the Mpox virus, the Indonesian Ministry of Health has resumed health screening for international travelers (both Indonesian and foreign nationals) entering Indonesia from August 27, 2024. This includes completing an electronic self-declaration form called SATUSEHAT Health Pass, which must be completed on a dedicated web platform.

• •The hotel will be conducting lobby maintenance for essential safety and health reasons. The maintenance will take place in two phases:
• •Phase 1: Maintenance will begin on 9th January and is expected to be completed by 17th January.
• •Phase 2: Maintenance will then resume on 8th February and is expected to be completed by 19th February.
• •In between Phase 1 and Phase 2, the lobby area will return to normal operation. During both phases of maintenance, the lobby area will be temporarily relocated. The hotel will provide a completely suitable alternative lobby downstairs in the current group check-in area. This change will not affect the convenience or comfort of the guests. The hotel will ensure a smooth transition, with clear signage and support available to guide guests through the new check-in or check-out process.
