• •Maintenance works are scheduled to take place at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife starting from 01 September 2026. The works are expected to last approximately 4–5 months and will be carried out progressively in specific areas of the hotel. Initially, the maintenance works will take place on the rooftop area above the main lobby and conference rooms.
• •As a general rule, the works are scheduled to be carried out from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. The working hours may change depending on the progress of the project.
• •The works will be carried out in areas that are not accessible to guests, so all main hotel facilities and services will remain fully operational. During certain phases of the project, some noise may be noticeable, and the works may be visible from certain areas of the hotel.
• •At a later stage of the project, maintenance works will also be carried out in the area of the outdoor stairway leading to the Eden Pool. During this phase, an alternative route will be provided to ensure continued access and circulation throughout the hotel.
• •The Lagoon pool at the Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife will be closed from 06/01/2025 June to 08/15/2025.
• •Additionally, the administration shares information regarding the operation of the hotel regardless of the closure of the Lagoon pool:
• •The Eden pool will continue to operate as Adults Only.
• •The Splash pool and children's pool will be the pools for families.
• •The Beach Club menu will be operated in the Narumi Restaurant at the EDEN pool during the usual opening hours.
• •The Splash menu will continue with its usual opening hours
• •During the Lagoon pool construction work, entry to the Lagoon will be restricted for guests.
• •The activities that take place in the Lagoon pool will continue to be carried out in the upper part of the pool.
• •If the guests would like to have something from the bar or restaurant, they can leave a deposit EUR 100.00 per day, but minimum EUR 300.00.
