In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the accommodation has no reception. A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours as follows: - EUR 20 from 21:00 until 01:00; - EUR 30 from 01:00 until 08:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Access to the pool carries a surcharge of around EUR 8 per person per day.
