• •Ministry of Interior in the State of Qatar requires travelers with passports issued by countries including India, Iran, Pakistan and Thailand to book their accommodation on the Discover Qatar Visa on Arrival Portal prior to their arrival into the country.

• •Gala dinner is mandatory and not included in the room rate.
• •Effective 05 May 2025, Turquoise Restaurant will serve as the primary dining venue for all All-Inclusive in-house guests, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner as part of the package.
• •Memorial Water park will no longer be included in the All-Inclusive dining program as of 07 May 2025. From this date onwards, all food and beverage consumption at Memorial Waterpark outlets will be chargeable and based on individual guest purchases.
• •The Meryal Waterpark at the hotel will be closed for maintenance from February 16th and is expected to reopen on the first day of Eid al-Fitr 2026. In accordance with Qatari law, the official start date of Eid al-Fitr has not yet been announced. Therefore, operations are expected to resume around March 20th, based on the official calendar date.
• •Due to scheduled maintenance, the Meryal Waterpark at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North will operate partially in accordance with health and safety guidelines from January 11th, 2026, to February 15th, 2026. During this period, the following attractions will be available exclusively to hotel guests: Dukhan No. 10, Rocket Blast, Wave Pool, Blow Out (kids' area), Oil Slip, Al Qatara, and Distillers.
• •The hotel does not provide the services listed below during Ramadan.
• •— Pool bars and beach bars are closed, and no food or beverage service is available.
• •— Brasserie De La Mer and Diego Jun Steakhouse are completely closed.
• •— Meryal Waterpark is closed.
• •— All-inclusive, half board, and breakfast options are only available at the Turquoise Restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner — only there).
• •— In-room dining: only selected beverages are included in the all-inclusive package, food is not included.
• •— The minibar (all-inclusive) is refilled only with soft drinks, juices, still water, chocolate, and chips.
• •— Access to other restaurants and a la carte dinners is not included in the package during Ramadan.
• •— Alcoholic beverages are available only via room service from 12:00 PM to midnight.
• •— The Lobby Lounge (all-inclusive) operates only from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM, offering only soft drinks and a dessert buffet.
• •— Only swimming is available at the beach, with no food or beverage service provided.
