• •Front desk is open 24/7.
• •The main restaurant is temporarily closed.
• •The swimming pool will be closed from the 1st day of Ramadan for 3 weeks approximately for maintenance. During this period, the hotel has made an alternative arrangement for all guests who would like to use the swimming pool located within the proximity of the hotel (within walking distance). The beach will remain open for all guests.
• •Guests are required to show a voucher upon check-in. It is possible in electronic or paper form.
• •The type of bed in a room is subject to availability and only at the time of check-in. It is not possible to book this or that type of bed in advance.
• •PCR test needed not later than 14 days.
• •Key Collection is from 12:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Check-in is from 03:00 PM to 05:30 AM.
• •The hotel charges a deposit from USD 500.00 to USD 1000.00 per room per day. The deposit is paid upon arrival.
• •New Year's Eve Gala Dinner Fee December 31: AED 750.00.
• •New Year's Eve Gala Dinner December 31 for children ages 5 to 11: AED 350.00.
• •Scheduled maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out at the hotel.
• •All guests are required to present a valid debit or credit card upon arrival at check-in. The card details will be kept securely on file to cover any potential damages or liabilities related to the hotel room or property. This applies even if no additional charges are made during the stay.
