• •Guests arriving outside standard check-in hours will receive check-in instructions and an access code via email 24 hours prior to arrival. Apartments are accessed through a separate entrance. A virtual reception desk is available to assist guests.
• •Prior to departure, guests are required to clean the apartment or pay an additional cleaning fee of RON 80.00 upon check-out. If arriving by car, please contact the property in advance for additional information, including directions.
• •Noise is required on the premises from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM.
• •For non-refundable rates required 100% deposit, which is not refundable.
• •Children from 0 to 3 years old have a 100% discount.
• •Children aged 3 to 12 years (inclusive), accompanied by 2 adults on an extra bed in a room with parents, receive a 50% discount on the adult rate for room and board.
• •Children aged 3 to 12 years (included), accompanied by 2 adults on a regular bed in a double room (in bed with parents), receive a 100% discount on adult accommodation and 50% on adult food.
• •The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
• •Any extra bed or baby cot / cot available on request and must be confirmed by the administration.
• •Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
• •There is a possibility of accommodation in a room of economy class with a balcony. Need to clarify this with the hotel staff.
