From May 2026 onwards, new construction projects (houses with apartments for locals and holiday guests) are expected to start on the opposite side of the street, contributing to the further development of the area.

During certain periods, the mountain view to the south may be temporarily and partially restricted by a crane or construction elements.

The construction work will take place exclusively on the other side of the street opposite the south side of the hotel.

Our hotel itself will not be affected. As we are not the builders or operators of these projects, we are unfortunately unable to provide any precise information on the planned schedule or sequence of construction work. In general, construction work may only take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday during the usual hours between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. without special permission.
