•The hotel will be closed from August 3rd to 7th, 2026 due to the construction and building works.
•The city tax ranges from JPY 100.00 to JPY 200.00 per person, per night, based on the nightly room rate. The tax does not apply to nightly rates under JPY 10000.00. Further exemptions may apply. For more details guests are required contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
•Fee for buffet breakfast: from approximately JPY 1500.00 per person.
•The hotel is undergoing extensive renovations to upgrade the building. The renovations will run from November 4, 2025, to September 30, 2026 (estimated). The hours will be 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM. Noise and vibration are expected primarily between 10:00 AM and 03:00 PM. The renovation schedule is subject to change.
•Contractor personnel may be present and active on the hotel premises throughout the renovations.
•Due to renovations to the breakfast area, the service will be unavailable from July 6, 2025, to August 31, 2026 (estimated).
•Housing services will be suspended from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026 (estimated). Standard cleaning schedule is scheduled to resume on October 1, 2026.
•Due to maintenance, the building will be completely closed from August 3 to 7, 2026, inclusive. The hotel is scheduled to reopen on August 8, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
